DAO Governance Mechanism

DAO Governance

Cooker.club adopts a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governance model, enabling community members to directly participate in platform development decisions, fund management, and ecosystem building, ensuring a fair, transparent, and trustless governance system. The $COOK token is not only an ecosystem incentive tool but also a governance voting credential, granting holders the right to participate in Cooker.club ecosystem decisions. Through the DAO mechanism, community members can propose governance proposals, vote on protocol updates, allocate ecosystem funds, and manage buyback funds, ensuring the platform’s long-term sustainable development.
